You must keep account information accurate and up to date. vidirectv is not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect or outdated information you provide.
Protect your login details and notify vidirectv immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless otherwise required by law.
Accounts are non-transferable. You may not assign or sell your access to others without written consent from vidirectv.

Course schedules, platform access, and instructor availability may vary. vidirectv endeavors to make services available as advertised but does not promise uninterrupted access. Technical issues may occur; we will work to restore service promptly.
Rules of Use

User Contributions
Some programs allow participants to submit reflections, case studies, or questions. By contributing, you represent that your content is original or that you have rights to submit it.
You retain ownership of your original user-generated content. By submitting content, you grant vidirectv a limited license to display, distribute, and promote that content as part of course materials and related marketing.
The license you grant to vidirectv is non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable for the purposes of operating and improving the service and providing the training experience.
You are responsible for your contributions. vidirectv may remove content that violates these terms, is illegal, or harms other users. Repeated violations can result in removal from the program.
vidirectv reserves the right to remove or restrict access to user contributions at its discretion where necessary for safety, legal compliance, or quality control.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, logos, designs, and proprietary tools provided by vidirectv are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use materials for personal, non-commercial learning only unless a commercial license is granted separately.

- Do not remove legal notices or attributions from course content or downloads.

Paid Services

Subscription services, where offered, renew automatically according to the billing cycle you select. You may cancel auto-renewal from your account settings or by contacting [email protected] prior to the next renewal date.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have concerns about course suitability or technical issues that prevented reasonable access, contact support with details. Refund decisions aim to be fair and transparent and are subject to the refund policy posted at the time of purchase.
You may cancel future access per the cancellation procedures provided for each offering. Cancellation does not necessarily entitle you to a refund for time already used.
You are responsible for any taxes owed on purchases in your jurisdiction. vidirectv will apply taxes where required by law and will include such amounts in your invoice.
vidirectv may change pricing for future enrollments. Price changes do not affect fees already paid for current enrollment periods unless otherwise stated.
Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access. vidirectv reserves rights to pursue outstanding payments or adjust access until accounts are settled.
Disclaimer
Materials and instruction provided by vidirectv are educational in nature. While content is developed by experienced practitioners, results depend on individual effort, context, and external factors. Statements about potential outcomes are illustrative and not promises of specific results.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, vidirectv and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. vidirectv’s maximum aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to amounts actually paid by you for the relevant service in the prior twelve months.

Termination
vidirectv may suspend or terminate access to services for violations of these terms, unlawful activity, or for reasons of safety or business necessity. Participants may also cancel their enrollment in accordance with the cancellation policy for the program.
Upon termination, access to paid content may be revoked. Certain obligations and rights, such as intellectual property provisions and limitation of liability, survive termination.

If a dispute arises, please contact vidirectv to pursue good-faith resolution through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be brought before courts in Bangkok, Thailand in accordance with applicable law.
